Pillar A — Digital Presence & Development

Your customers check your website before they check anything else

The problem: most small-business websites are slow on phones, unclear about what's actually offered, and give visitors no easy next step — so enquiries go to a competitor whose site simply works. If your website is a digital business card from 2016, it isn't neutral. It's costing you customers.

What we deliver

  • Business websites and landing pages designed around one job: turning visitors into enquiries.
  • Responsive layouts tested on real phone screen sizes, not just shrunk desktop views.
  • Clear service pages, honest copy structure, and obvious contact paths (call, WhatsApp, or form).
  • Basic on-page SEO structure: semantic markup, titles, descriptions, and clean URLs.
  • Website improvements and maintenance for sites that need fixing rather than replacing.
  • Everything registered in your name: domain, hosting, and accounts are yours from day one.

Who it's for

Founder-led businesses and small teams that get customers through search, referrals, or social media — and lose them at the website. Clinics, professional services, local retailers, training providers, and small e-commerce starters are typical fits.

See the standard before you enquire

Our work page shows exactly this build quality: the featured real project — the Pharaohs Foundation website, built for a real client in Akhmim — plus labelled concept panels for a real-estate listing site and a professional-services site. The companion article, five website mistakes that cost enquiries, is the checklist we build against.

Questions, answered plainly

How long does a launch website take?

A typical launch website takes 5–7 working days once the start payment, your completed brief and materials, and the written scope approval are all in place. Waiting on materials or approvals pauses the clock — fairly, and in writing — and we never promise an unconditional date.

What do you need from me to start?

Three things: your logo and identity files (or we create them under our branding service), the text and photos you want used, and one person who can approve each round. Everything is listed in the written scope before any payment.

Will the website be registered in my name?

Yes — always. Your domain, hosting, and accounts are registered in your name from day one, and your assets are never withheld or locked, including in a payment disagreement.

Can you build an online store or a booking system?

Not as part of a launch website. E-commerce with payments and inventory, booking systems, and custom web applications are separate project types that we currently do not offer; if that is your core need, we will tell you plainly and point you to the kind of provider who does it well.

How many revisions are included?

Two structured revision rounds are included. Feedback arrives as one consolidated list per round, which keeps changes coherent and the timeline intact; further changes are quoted in writing before any work begins.
