A process built to remove surprises

Every engagement — in any pillar — follows the same five stages. The details differ; the discipline doesn't.

1. Discovery

A short questionnaire and a call. We learn your business, your customers, and the real problem — and we tell you honestly if we're not the right fit.

2. Written scope

Deliverables, exclusions, timeline, revision rounds, support boundaries, and price — in writing, before any payment. For security work, this stage also produces the signed authorisation and scope document. Nothing starts without it.

3. Agreement & start payment

Direct clients start with 50% under a written agreement, with the balance on acceptance. Marketplace clients stay entirely inside their platform's rules and payment protection.

4. Build, review, refine

Staged delivery with the agreed number of revision rounds. Feedback is consolidated per round so changes stay coherent. Waiting on your materials or approvals pauses the delivery clock — fairly, and in writing.

5. Acceptance & handover

You get an explicit review window (five business days) to accept or send one consolidated feedback list. Silence isn't treated as acceptance unless an agreed written provision says so and the applicable rules allow it. After acceptance and balance, you receive the full handover: files, accesses, and a walkthrough — everything in your name.

Ground rules on every project

  • Your assets are never withheld or locked over a disagreement — they are yours from day one.
  • Change requests are quoted for impact and approved in writing before work — no silent scope creep, in either direction.
  • If a dispute arises: documented discussion first, then the platform mechanism for marketplace work, then documented escalation.
  • We report states honestly: drafted, delivered, accepted, and live are different words here, and we use them precisely.
