The enquiry pipeline, working — not just drawn
Our CRM sample boards show the design. This page lets you operate it. The pipeline below holds eight fictional enquiries for a fictional studio pipeline: every lead has a stage, a named owner and a follow-up date — the three things whose absence loses real businesses real customers.
- Select any lead card to inspect its details, owner and activity timeline.
- Move it to another stage from the detail panel — the card moves and the timeline records the change.
- Filter by owner or stage, or search by name, business or service.
- Press “Simulate new enquiry” and watch the automation log: assignment, acknowledgement, follow-up, reminder.
- Press “Run follow-up check” to see overdue follow-ups flagged to their owners — never auto-sent to customers.
Interactive demonstration — fictional data. A working model of the enquiry pipeline we set up for clients, running entirely in your browser. The business, people and numbers are invented; nothing here is connected, sent or saved.
Automation — simulated run log
No automation run yet. Use “Simulate new enquiry” to watch an enquiry move from arrival to a scheduled follow-up.
What is real here — and what is simulated
| Implemented on this page | The pipeline board, lead detail view, stage changes, ownership display, follow-up dates, search and filters, the activity timeline, and the automation simulation logic — all running live in your browser. |
|---|---|
| Simulated | The data (a fictional business and fictional people), the messages (nothing is sent anywhere), and storage (nothing is saved — refreshing the page resets the demo). |
| In a client engagement | The same workflow is specified in writing, then built inside the client's own CRM and accounts, with their real data, their chosen owners, and a written monthly usage estimate before anything is switched on. |
